HOW TO READ THIS CHART

A GOOD or POOR grade is generated by a new automated system that sends a test stream to a Session, after which the same system attempts to pull the test stream to a player/client. If the test stream is not received within 30 seconds, it reports POOR. The POOR indicator doesn't indicate that the server is entirely down.

Here's how to interpret the Service Health page:
GOOD: Okay to add new streams or client connections to this server right now.
POOR: Do not add any new streams or client connections to this server right now. Use/create a Session on a different Live Sever. Follow this link for a list of Live Servers:

If all servers are showing POOR, that's a sign that the testing system has failed and the status page is invalid.
